PocketSol Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Triangle IT Solutions LLC, an Arizona company, doing business as PocketSol ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.
1. What PocketSol is and is not
PocketSol is a personal finance app. It reads balances and transactions from accounts you choose to link through Plaid and shows you where your money came from and went. It is read-only: it cannot move money, pay bills, open accounts, or change anything at your bank.
We are not a bank, a lender, a broker, a credit bureau, or a financial, tax, or legal advisor. Summaries, banners, and answers in the app are information about your own numbers, not advice. Decisions are yours.
2. Your account
You must be 18 or older and live in the United States. Keep your sign-in method secure and tell us if you think someone else is using your account. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
3. Linked accounts
When you link an institution, you authorize Plaid to access that account on your behalf and send us the data described in the Privacy Policy. You can remove an institution at any time in Settings, which ends that access. Data from your institutions may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; we show what we receive and do our best to reconcile it, but you should rely on your bank's records for anything that matters.
4. Family sharing
You may invite up to four other people to your household. By inviting someone you consent to sharing your linked accounts, transactions, bills, and credit score entries with them, except what you hide. By accepting an invitation you consent to sharing yours. Anyone can hide accounts, keep scores private, leave, or be removed by the owner at any time. We are not responsible for what household members do with what they see.
5. Credit scores
Score entries in the app come from you or, in the future, from a credit bureau partner you opt in to. They are for your information. They are not the score any particular lender will use.
6. Subscription and free month
PocketSol is a paid subscription billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. The first month is free. After that it renews at the price shown when you subscribed, monthly or yearly, until you cancel. Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules. Prices may change; we will tell you before a change applies to you. Plans have a limit on the number of linked institutions; the limit is shown in the app.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use PocketSol to access accounts that are not yours, to break the law, to reverse-engineer or overload the service, or to harm other users. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
8. Ending things
You can delete your account in Settings at any time. We will revoke your linked institutions the same day and delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may close accounts for violations of these terms or if we stop offering the service, with notice where reasonable.
9. Disclaimers and limits
The service is provided as is. We do not promise it will be error-free or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses caused by inaccurate data from your institutions, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Arizona. [Optional: Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA consumer rules, except that either side may bring a claim in small claims court. Class actions are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by emailing us within 30 days of creating your account.]
11. Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you and show a notice in the app at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the change.

1. Qué es PocketSol y qué no es
PocketSol es una app de finanzas personales. Lee saldos y movimientos de las cuentas que eliges conectar a través de Plaid y te muestra de dónde vino tu dinero y a dónde se fue. Es de solo lectura: no puede mover dinero, pagar cuentas, abrir cuentas ni cambiar nada en tu banco.
No somos un banco, un prestamista, una casa de bolsa, un buró de crédito ni un asesor financiero, fiscal o legal. Los resúmenes, avisos y respuestas en la app son información sobre tus propios números, no asesoría. Las decisiones son tuyas.
2. Tu cuenta
Debes tener 18 años o más y vivir en Estados Unidos. Mantén seguro tu método de inicio de sesión y avísanos si crees que alguien más está usando tu cuenta. Eres responsable de lo que ocurra en tu cuenta.
3. Cuentas conectadas
Al conectar una institución autorizas a Plaid a acceder a esa cuenta en tu nombre y a enviarnos los datos descritos en la Política de privacidad. Puedes quitar una institución en cualquier momento desde Ajustes, y ese acceso termina. Los datos de tus instituciones pueden llegar con retraso, incompletos o con errores; mostramos lo que recibimos y hacemos lo posible por cuadrarlo, pero para cualquier cosa importante confía en los registros de tu banco.
4. Familia
Puedes invitar hasta a otras cuatro personas a tu hogar. Al invitar a alguien aceptas compartir con esa persona tus cuentas conectadas, movimientos, pagos y puntajes de crédito, salvo lo que ocultes. Al aceptar una invitación aceptas compartir los tuyos. Cualquiera puede ocultar cuentas, mantener sus puntajes en privado, salir o ser retirado por el titular en cualquier momento. No somos responsables de lo que los miembros del hogar hagan con lo que ven.
5. Puntajes de crédito
Los puntajes en la app los ingresas tú o, en el futuro, un buró de crédito asociado al que decidas conectarte. Son para tu información. No son el puntaje que usará un prestamista en particular.
6. Suscripción y mes gratis
PocketSol es una suscripción de pago que se cobra a través de App Store de Apple o Google Play. El primer mes es gratis. Después se renueva al precio que viste al suscribirte, mensual o anual, hasta que canceles. Cancela cuando quieras en los ajustes de suscripción de App Store o Google Play; cancelar detiene la próxima renovación y no reembolsa el periodo en curso. Los reembolsos los maneja Apple o Google según sus reglas. Los precios pueden cambiar; te avisaremos antes de que un cambio te aplique. Los planes tienen un límite de instituciones conectadas; el límite se muestra en la app.
7. Uso aceptable
No uses PocketSol para acceder a cuentas que no sean tuyas, para infringir la ley, para hacer ingeniería inversa o sobrecargar el servicio, ni para dañar a otros usuarios. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que lo hagan.
8. Terminar
Puedes eliminar tu cuenta desde Ajustes en cualquier momento. Revocaremos tus instituciones conectadas el mismo día y borraremos tus datos como se describe en la Política de privacidad. Podemos cerrar cuentas por incumplir estos términos o si dejamos de ofrecer el servicio, con aviso cuando sea razonable.
9. Exenciones y límites
El servicio se ofrece tal cual. No prometemos que esté libre de errores ni disponible siempre. En la medida que la ley lo permita, no somos responsables de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de pérdidas causadas por datos inexactos de tus instituciones, y nuestra responsabilidad total contigo se limita a lo que nos pagaste en los doce meses anteriores al reclamo.
10. Ley aplicable y disputas
Estos términos se rigen por las leyes de Arizona. [Opcional: Las disputas se resolverán mediante arbitraje individual vinculante bajo las reglas para consumidores de la AAA, salvo que cualquiera de las partes puede acudir a un tribunal de reclamos menores. Se renuncia a las acciones colectivas. Puedes optar por no participar en el arbitraje escribiéndonos dentro de los 30 días posteriores a crear tu cuenta.]
11. Cambios
Si cambiamos estos términos de forma importante, te enviaremos un correo y mostraremos un aviso en la app al menos 14 días antes de que el cambio entre en vigor. Seguir usando la app después significa que aceptas el cambio.
